After watching my father spend endless, vacation free, hours/days/weeks/years to build his successful small business, I realized the need for change.  I began to evaluate ideas, and was able to build my own experiences to help me find solutions. 

I believe success in the corporate world, and success in life, is at the intersection between ambition, passion, and willingness to learn and change.  With this I have decided to help companies to find the right resources who add value, help people to become greater value added resources and develop their career, and mentor and coach people who are looking to build their leadership skills through entrepreneurship.
